But not the kind you think. Refurbished Apples are on sale. Given that my 'refurbished' i-pod lasted about 8 months, I'd recommend going with a monitor and buying the processing unit for full whack.
If accessories are your thing, just broom these deals. Seriously...if you're gonna shell out $2500 for a MacBook Pro, is saving $300 worth it if the thing lasts half as long???

Woot off in progress. For newbies -- Woot is an electronics site that sells one item at a pretty low price per day and when it sells out...it's gone. Woot offs can go on for hours or days and change frequently as Woot tries to shift all the leftover cats and dogs with ridiculously low prices. So it's worth checking back frequently to see what is currently on offer.
Right now it's an electronic a poker tournament. Which I can understand why they are having some issues getting rid of it...haven't these folks heard that playing games is one of the most popular things to do on the Internet???

Mom (me): Stop fighting. I need to make a call.
Daughter #1: But you're driving. Isn't that illegal?
Daughter #2: What's illegal?
#1: Against the law.
#2 (with glee): We're going to see a policeman?
Mom: No. It is not against the law to make a call. <starts dialing with her thumb, keeping her eyes on the road>
<cue baby waking up from her nap and crying>
#1: Mom! Baby's awake.
#2: Where's the paci?
Mom <stops dialing, fidgets in her handbag for a pacifier instead>: Here. <starts thumb dialing again>
#1: Can you turn on Radio Disney?
#2: I want XM Kids.
<Mom sighs that deep mom-sigh and puts down the phone again to turn on the radio>
#1: I hate XM Kids. All they ever play is that whiney babysitter. And stupid baby songs.
#2: Well I like it. I can't understand Radio Disney songs.
<Mom finds 80s on 8...because they have naughty words on the Gangsta rap stations. She picks up her phone and tries to dial for a third time>
#1: Mom! This music is so old. It's so last century!
#2: I'm hungry. Are we there yet?
<Mom realizes she's never going to make this call, throws her cellphone in her purse and finds a box of raisins and juicebox>
So if you, like me, need your hands to do something else while you're driving (and don't EVEN go there), grab this great deal at buy.com on the Jafra headset for $29.99.

Did you know that heart disease affects 1 in 4 Americans AND is the #1 killer of women?
Pfizer is offer a FREE pedometer as part of a heart-healthy lifestyle. You can use it to count the 10,000 steps a day you should be getting. Personally I'd prefer those steps to be around a mall...
